My early days as a professional geologist; working as a freelancer for a reputed construction company to identify possible sand mines in Kathmandu and adjoining districts. During this fieldwork, we covered the districts of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Dhading, Chitwan and Makawanpur to map sand deposits.
